It translates to this:

"We are sorry but we have stolen so much art from other KOF sites that we can no longer add anything new. That and the fact we never credit shit for the things we steal. So if someone magically hacks the server or boots mr chua's account, it is completely a coincidence."

The site isn't that bad even if they do steal a lot of pictures from other sites. I do that, will I mean I take pictures and stuff, and I don't remember the majority of sites that I get my pictures from. I don't even know how to credit the sites...Well I take pictures from kofonline too...so it all makes up for everything they take. :D j/k...
