Hey there ECM, and Haohmaru... I just wanted to let you know that I love the mag. I've read it quite a few times over by now, and I can't wait for the next issue. I noticed a little thing in one of the first few pages that you would like to hear suggestions from people as to what they think should be in the mag... Well, I have a suggestion.
There's a little site out there called Game Trading Zone. It's one of the best sites I've visited on the internet, and I've considered it my "internet home" for well over 2 years now. I think it deserves some attention from you guys. The webmaster is very dedicated, he's super nice, and some of the things he's done with the site are amazing (everything on the site was programmed by hand) It's a wonderful place for gamers of all kinds to meet, and it's sad to see it's not getting the recognition it deserves thanks to the likes of "Switchouse" and other second rate knock-offs which came out long after GameTZ and copied many key features. GamePro featured an article about GameTZ a while back, I never saw it since I didn't subscribe to it, but it was still good to hear about the site getting the recognition it deserved... I think it would be perfect for a little article in your magazine, you could list some of the features, give a list of some nice professional members who can get new users started on the right track (chainsawyak, Yoshi ) and things of that nature... It's perfect for the hardcore or casual gamer to go and make a few trades... It wouldn't even need to be an article, just a little blurb or something. I think that would be really great, it would really fit in to the spirit of the mag. Let me know what you think of this idea... I can tell you more about the site if you need me to.
On another unrelated note, I stopped into EB today to swap 4 of the worst Gameboy Games possible for a brand new copy of Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. I decided to ask about the release dates for Stretch Panic and Klonoa 2, and the guy there asked me: "You read the first issue of Game GO! didn't you?" That was kinda cool... Your reviews of both of those games have now convinced me to buy a PS2, once they are both released. I just thought you guys might like to hear that little story...
Oh yeah, and to keep this thread on topic, you can trade Neo Geo games at Game Trading Zone.
