I had mine pre ordered, even if I had to re buy the USA one to get the english version. But it seems that isn't the case!
NCS has confirmed the japanese Sonic Adventure 2 is DUAL language in english and japanese (Voices, text everything). just like the Sonic Adventure 1 International version was that was released in japan awhile back. So it looks like I'll only have to buy the import, NCS still has these beatiful birthday packs (You get an extra music CD, gold coin, booklet and outer box).
