Is VideogameDepot a trustworthy place to order from?

My dad just ordered me a Jap Tekken 4 and i need a Jap PS2 to go with it and Videogame Depot has Jap PS2's for a good price. Have any of you ordered anything from there and if so how was their service?

Yes, I've ordered and recieved quite a few items from them. They are very reliable, describe their items well, and have good customer service. Check their site out for a while: updates almost every day and an accurate stock listing. I like em almost as much as Shawn.

I ordered some stuff from them, and sent them some emails on a late sunday evening. I got a response 15 minutes later. I emailed back about an hour after that, and got another quick response. They are very helpful, and upgraded my shipping for free. I got my stuff 2 days ahead of schedule. I can't say a negative thing about them.

Video Game Depot was top notch when they were in New York,and they are stll top notch now that Cart Mart bought them out.
I've bought from them for years.

now i may be biased cause im friends with 2 of the guys from there but Cart-Mart ( now owns video game depot) are kick ass guys to order from they rock the house simply and youll be hard pressed to find a better place to order from

mostly i say cause they just arent an online store they also have a real store

I ordered my Phantom-1 from VGD. They sent me the package twice! I told them about their mistake, and they let me keep the second MVS game (Samurai Shodown II, this was during the promotion with the free game). Definitely a place worth looking at.
