Not trying to pull an LWK "the neo scene is dead" speech... But where is everybody lately? I haven't seen much conversation on the boards. Maybe it's just that school has let out and kids have gone home for the summer, but I'm starting to get curious.
I'm at a point when I'm more involved than ever, and seems like no one else is.

Well for older people it is...but for younger kids its the summer holidays...so they have plenty of time off (no reason they cant post)

I haven't really noticed any slow down here. Things have tapered off since the post-merger but that was a peak time and not the norm.

yeah, i too have gone neo-geo crazy the last few weeks.. im really into the scene right now, and it seems as if everyone else is dropping out. Its good to know that there are still some of us that are fanatics though. I go to the neo-geo arcade here about every week... been buying up a lot of the art books on e-bay as well and i just subscribed to neolords fanzine. oh, and i had the shirts made, and im gonna try for stickers too. there are people out there that care, it just seems that we are so unorganized.. oh well, it will get better, im sure.

That seems true though. it's like people get bored if some shit hasn't gone down after like a week or so, lol. We go from scandle to scandle.

It's good to hear that there actually are a few of us left. I suppose the people like Nick and Shawn would be the ones to ask... Does this happen every summer?

Well, I'm quite new in the forums, but if you feel a little lonely, you can't imagine how lonely do I here in Spain as long as I don't know many Neo Geo fans over here...
Well, I think that what we need is more confirmed news about new games under development and less rumours. Please, SNK give us something solid to dream of <IMG SRC="smilies/drool.gif" border="0">

Anyways, yes this board has been very quiet lately (i lurk often in here). Most probable is because the summer break or something like that. It happens everywhere.
