I've seen brand new US Metal Slug X (PSX) for $9.99 so I don't know if that's the price you got.

Anyway, US version has no blood.
No idea if you can turn it back on by using gameshark

Yeah, another crappy Agetec release which has been permanently censored, like Last Blade 2. That's why Agetec got a ton of crap at their forums, they were so embarassed by the crappy U.S. release of LB2 (DC) that they deleted a bunch of threads that I and others started about the situation!! Eventually they admitted that the games were censored (permanently, no codes!) and blamed SNK Japan for the problem, which is a total cop out. They mismanaged the releases, plain and simple, and that's why I dumped LB2 and MSX U.S. releases, and got them as imports instead.

You know, Agetec does not make the games, they only aquire the rights to publish them. It was SNKs fault.

Did you really expect after YEARS of censorship on their home carts, that they would suddenly not censor a PSX release?

If it's SNK's fault, so why Agetec deleted several threads then?

I agree 100% this is the dumbest shit ever, even the blood in MSX isnt all that bad, it there is more blood in MK2 for the snes than metal slug
