Is there any chance of seeing a Garou 2?

I'd re-enter the Neo scene if this game came out on AES. What are the chances?

It baffles me that we can have Sengoku 3, a DD sequel...heck, even two more KOF games and another Metal Slug sequel, all while being left up in the air on a sequel to what was (arguably) SNK's highest-quality title.

I'd much rather have a sequel to Garou and the SS series than another installment of KOF, MS (which is good, but doesn't really warrent a new game in the series per year) and Last Blade (LB2 really didn't do much IMO).

Any rumors/speculation? Triu? Vince? Shawn? If possible, we can consolidate the rumors of the game to this thread.

Man, that thread was hilarious! I still think to this day that Robert was convinced it was legit (or at least he came off as such)... :D

I hope see too a garou 2 and other new game of ART of Fighting but may be thats not possible from a very long time...

Its supposed to be in the works. Thats an unconfirmed rumor though. I hope it comes out. Thats my favorite neo game.

So far the word on Garou 2 has been dick squat. It has been under rumor for over a year and a half and nothing has even remotly surfaced.

I'm about ready to write this game off to the four winds.

i heard about a 5-7 months ago that garou motw 2 was a half finished game that snk had to dump along with a coule of other games when snk went out of bussiness (o how i dredd saying both snk and out of bussiness in the same sentence!!!)i think the reason that metal slug 4 king of fighters 2001 and sengoku 3 came out is because 1king of fighters 2001 was not made by snk but by eoloith and sengoku 3 was made by noise factory but was released before snk's demise and i guess metal slug 4 was icked up by playmore and garou 2 if it is a half finished game i also heard other company's are trying to by the rights to them probly capcom so they can release it and make the charecters of the cacom universe in say capcom vs. snk 3!!

I've hurd the same think about MOTW 2 - I'm sure it's gonna come by the end of this year. when slug 4 is coming to AES, everything is possible. who would beleive that last year. so, if you have any chance and money, buy the new carts and support the market.

that's our best chance to have a garou 2 :D
