king of fighters 2000 mvs

i was wondering what isthe differince between king of fighters 2000 and king of fighters 2000 special edition i have seen the special editions on ebay are the secial editions made by snk or are they bootlegs with extra features or what is their a difference?

If the auction has the text King of fighters PLUS on it. Most likely the cart has had a rom change so that you can play as Kula and Zero (Zero sucks anyway) without putting in the code. both will be selectable all the time with no code!
