Neo Geo AES 330 Megs Max, what if..........

Hi I'm new, i just came from the game faqs boards.
Are there different neogeo systems with different max meg count, because I saw one on ebay, and on the console it says 330 max. Does that means I can't play games that are over 330 megs?

I want to play metal slug 3, but that has a meg count of 708. Where do I find a neo geo that has 708 max on the unit instead of 330 max?

330 max is only what it says on the neo

you can play games with

meg count more than 330....

Are you sure, because I also asked people from the game faqs boards, and they said for a 330 max system, I can only play games under 330 megs.

The Sex Craft: <a href="http://www.gamefaqs.com" target="_blank">www.gamefaqs.com</a> is a terrible, terrible place to ask for any game related information outside of the faqs themselves. The "Max 330 Mega: Pro Gear Speci: S N K" bios says Max 330 Mega because at the time 330 megabits was a rediculously large amount for a videogame and it made it seem powerful. Games have been getting released for the same hardware since the mid nineties though that, due to compression etc. is able to surpass that "Max 330."

There was no official KOF2000 english release. It was a bootleg version made by a bunch of scammers. The only official version is the JPN one. Check <a href="http://www.therage.com" target="_blank">http://www.therage.com</a>

Honestly, you can't trust anything on the gamefaqs message boards. There's so much misinformation posted. I don't know why some people just balantly lie when they don't know...

330 megs or 700 megs or whatever is just the size of the game. It doesnt matter how big it is, it will work. But you can't play mvs carts without an adapter.

You take your mouse pointer thingy and move it over to the left side of the screen, there you will find a list of pages within <a href="http://www.neo-geo.com." target="_blank">www.neo-geo.com.</a> Go down the list till you see GLOSSARY and read it over very carfully (pay extra attention to the part about NGF/Neo Geo Freaks). I play games that are over the 330 max limit all the time on my system, they are a bunch of fuck nuts over at gamefaqs. you should list the link to your post that they told you this info, about only being able to play games under 330 so that all the people at this board can bash the shit out of them for making this stuff up

I still don't know why there's some people saying that was NeoGeo USA that had released KOF2000 US.
These mannoeuvering tricks at NGFUSA is taking too much. I have nothing against them, but that's a fucking lie that they still keep going on every day. Bastards. Though, I prefer the "english" Insert, just a shame that I am obliged to watch the NGFUSA url a the backcover. Just my opinion.
