I am not talking stuff that everyone knows about, like P.O.W., I am talking obscure. Like the following title, which I will start this Thread with.

Mad Crasher was a fun futuristic driving game on a diagonal like Zaxxon. Used to have Fantasy; always liked it. One song in it was ripped off by some American disco group. The song I think came out as "funkytown".

Other titles to look for:
Lasso
Satan of Saturn
Pioneer Baloon
Marvin's Maze
Vanguard 2
Bermuda Triangle
Chopper 1

Two more:

<a href="http://www.arcadeflyers.com/index.php?page=flyerdb&subpage=thumbs&id=938" target="_blank">SAR - Search and Rescue</a>

and

<a href="http://www.arcadeflyers.com/index.php?page=flyerdb&subpage=thumbs&id=1296" target="_blank">Vanguard II</a>. Unlike his predecessor, VII didn't get a very wide distribution, at least not in Europe. It's very different to the first Vanguard (which is one of my early arcade favs), but with better and more detailed graphics.

Fighting Street! That was the title right? (SNK was better than Capcom even then!)

A diagonally scrolling road-shooter is 'Very typical for SNK'??? <img src="graemlins/spock.gif" border="0" alt="[Spock]" />

Did they make more of this kind back in the 80's ?

Fighting Soccer - really good top down five-a-side footie game from 1989. Top conversions available on the ST and Amiga from Activision, if you can find them. :)

Yeah, was one of the very first ST games I bought. Picked it up new for £3 from my (then) local software store.

Gang Wars....

Side scroller in the vein of Final Fight. I saw this game once at the state fair and then never again.

Cool. Is that a vector game or does it just look like it?

Klov lists it as 'raster'.
