alright,so i sit down and decide to get into some hardcore kof on my candy cab...
once in awhile i get bored,or ill see something colorwise thats not quite perfect to my high standards of neo fkn pefection.
so as ive always done,and i should learn from past torments with the machine,i decide to fuk with the color schemes inside of the cab....
next i fuk with the horizontal and vertical...
then onto the other doo dads or whatever the hell there called

therefore fucking the whole shit up!

ive done this many times,over a small color imperfection or inch off positioning..

knowing damn well i should have left it alone in the first place,,

so it takes me over 2 hrs to get it almost perfect again,but NOOOO I SEE ITS STILL NOT LEVEL ON ONE SIDE JUST A TINY TINY BIT AND ITS DRIVEING ME INSANE!...

so i say fuk it its close enough and the colors lookin sweet ass again...

anyway,i guess one day i will get the little screw set up down in my head...

almost stabbed that damn machine with the screwdriver...

anyone else find themselfs tinkering with the cab ending up with a headache?

i knwo i do, the picture for me is streched to far horiontally and i always fuk w/ it and it takes me a 1/2 hour to get it right :\

I have done this several times until I just said Fk it.
My League Bowling cart doesn't fit into the screen as good as any other game that's plugged into any of the 4 slots.

I don't know why it's like that.
On the sides of the screen it has white lines,and if I mess around with the adjustments I can get that to disappear but it fks up the other games screens.
So I leave it like that.

Today I was playing Baseball Stars 2 and the screen looked bright,but I didn't mess with the colors because I'll get aggravated if I make it worse.
Then I switched to Metal Slug and Football Frenzy and the colors were fine.

Sometimes I think it's the lighting in here that makes me think the colors are off in the machine.
I'm anal with the machine.
The colors have to be right and the glass has to be spotless.

I put a clear plastic cover over that adjuster board.
I kept bumping the knobs and messing the colors up when I changed carts.
I would turn the machine back on and Freak out because the colors would be all fkd up after changing a cart.WTF!
That had me messed up until I figured out that I was bumping the knobs.

Chris , every League Bowling cart I have ever seen in my life does exactly what you just described , mine included.

Just live with it , it isnt something that can be adjusted away witout hosing the rest of your games in the process.

I didn't even think about messing with my cab's colors, etc until this thread. I had completely forgotten you could do that. Now you've left me something to worry and obsess over. I'm going to be worrying about whether the colors are as good as they could be or if the positioning is right.

Oh, is there any way to get rid of smoky glass? I've got a small portion of the screen that's "smoky" on the inside. It's not very noticeable at all though...

I never tried to adjust anything because theres this wire that's directly in the way of the controls >.<

I've done that before...with cabs, and with my TV. Sometimes ya just gotta let go and let it be. It's hard tho...that same psychotic perfectionist inside us that demands we spend $$$ on real Neo carts wants that screen to look fucking RIGHT.

In that sort of situation I would suggest walking away, say for a few days then approach it with a new mindset. You will fix it and it will be better than before. This goes for all things in life imho.
