http://www.rinkya.com/ is a newer company that it's *almost* like having your own account at Yahoo JP and able to bid on without any troubles of knowledge on Japanese language and without troubles of dealing with internationally. You also can choose to bid whenever you want to bid, and whatever amount you want to bid without emailing amount to middle-man. Moreover, you don't have to pay in advance to Rinkya until the auction ends. I think, these are pretty cool. Wouldn't you agree?
They will also talk to the auction holder for you and set up shipping! It has a comisson fee but you will probably save money. They have AES systems going for likeunder $30 in unknown condition. Well thought that you would be interested.

It's already flooded with bidders and active as it is. Great deals haven't been available lately, but then again, I only look for the rare stuff, and so do the "high rollers" that I can't compete with.

So, regarding a service to further flood the yahoo auctions - GOOD!

Of course, there are a lot of japanese neo geo sellers who refuse to deal with mediators...
