It owns despite the bullshit opinions from others you'll read at this site...with a large amount not even owning the fucker, but seeing it in the arcade once or twice.
And like any real KOF fan will tell you, '98 is the best gameplay experience you'll get from the series (albeit I hear '02 gives it a good run).
Stay away from Sengoku 3....I didn't.

I recommend SamSho II, Top Hunter, and Baseball Stars 2.
