I played SS 3 for the PSX and it was incredibly slow. I would say that the Saturn version is better due to the RAM cart.

Well, that much is obvious sir. He's comparing the two to each other, not to the original.

It's not BETTER on PSX (than saturn), if that's what you were hoping to hear.

i own the mvs version and satun, all i wanted to know was how does the psx one stand.

why do people in this forum always have to say the stupidest things. its like ya'll have a video game ego, and are trying to show whay HARDCORE and EXTREME of a gamer you are. if you don't a have reasonable input don't post, atleast on my topic.

Saturn, I had the psx version and it was so slow as hell, maybe I should have kept it around for collectors sake........

SS4 on the PSX is okay. Load times are so-so, but the animation is fairly well-retained, and the gameplay is intact.

Bust Cham Cham is actually pretty neat... although for some idiotic reason, you can only use her in Vs. mode (not even Practice).

It's certainly a much better port than SS3 was.

It is a little crazy that on every thread that mentions a port, someone has to come in and mention how they think ports suck... Just take notice that it's only a few people who do this, and not the majority.

Generally, I found all the Saturn SNK ports to be much better than the PSX ones.

If the PSX SS4 didn't have Cham Cham I wouldn't recommend bothering to pick it up.

The Saturn SS3 is near Geo Perfect. Saturn SS4 has some serious flaws. It slowsdown like a mofo, weird sprite sizes, and just slower overall. If you can grab MVS or NGH cart if you can.
