irregular amount of Japanese home carts on Ebay?

Too bad most of games are very common like Art of Fighting, King of Fighters, Fatal Fury...etc.

We need some good stuff like Neo Turfmaster, Metal slug 2/X....etc....

but not much, only ocasionally.
