OK i got a Arcade Supergun, and i sold my Neogeo ages ago, (stupid mastake) anyway, i want to get a neo slot 1 for my supergun so i can play MVS carts on it, some one told me that there are Joystick ports on them, for hook up to a neo Stick, is this true,

Also what's the differnce between the other neo slot boards, i seen slot 2, slot 3, even a slot 6, what are they used for

Not all the 1-slot boards have the joystick ports, just the older models. Mine is a model MV1-FT, it has them :)

The other boards hold more than one cart at once, either 2, 4 or 6.

I think there is a 2-slot board that has joystick ports too, but I don't know the model number..

elbarto: I think you probably have the same 1 slot as me - its this one right? In my opinion, the older ones are far better mainly because of the joystick ports (which is very handy!). I'd like a 2/4/6 slot board, but I'd only buy it if it has joystick ports :)

Multi slot have no interest for a supergun use. It's useful for a cab use, when you must open your cab to change the game. with a super gun it's just like a neo AES. I have a 1 slot in my cab and I will certainly change it for a 2 or 4 one because I'm bored with changing the games

Kaz - Its very similar, only a few (minor) differences. The dipswitches are on the opposite side of the board.

Wish I'd remembered that when building my mini MVS/Supergun cab/table thingy.. d'oh!
