It's a tough question.
You can get new copy around $179 (therage.com) or $199. Some stores sell higher than $199......
Used copy maybe around $150, I think.
I paid my goddamn JPN KOF2k AES for $320 shipped when it first came out so I don't want to think about it....

When it 1st came out (12/00) it was valued at $300+, but now (2/27/02) it is $150-$179 used. However, it could be lower because when the game 1st came out, a spammer wrote the below:

So a JPN-Version of KoF99 is worth between $120,00 - 200,00!!! You can crab some for less, if there aren´t mint/near-mint in their condition...
