Zed Blade Official Release?

I was browsing that great new FTP someone made for inserts and I came across an insert for Zed Blade and it really looks official. The master list says there isn't a release but this really looks like an official insert because of all the Japanese text. Help? <img src="graemlins/help.gif" border="0" alt="[Help]" />

That insert was made by Dion of NGF.

It was sold to Shawn, who worked with me to release them onto the net.
That's what you have there.

No, it's not official, unless you look at it as NGF official.

The reason it doesnt say NGF, or have of their markings is because I edited them out & put the official SNK contact info in it's place before placing them on the net.

That's why it kinda looks official.

Wolf, Zed Blade (Operation Ragnarok) is MVS-only release, the insert is anything but official. First, look at the side panel, NO OFFICIAL JAPANESE title has the characters laid out horizontally, they're always laid out vertically. Second, all Japanese titls' side panels have, besides the Japanese name, horizontal english name describing the specific genre of the game. Last thing, if you notice, the front and back covers of this game are exactly the same as its MVS marquee and they look like images pachted together, no Jp home carts' insert looks like this. Most of the games' inserts are well blended, meaning the background of the front and back of the covers go across the side panels and have the same color background, making it very arduous to creat your own inserts like that. Another main reason !Arcade! releases only English version of the games so far.

This is also the main reason people like Jp home carts, no company pays so much attentions and details of the game packaging like SNK

I do not pay very close attention to official Jap inserts because I do not care for Japanease carts, nor can I read it.

I myself pretty like the hidden "dion" and "chrisé names on the breakers revenge insert... Also likes the random jap caracters typen at the back of it

Anyway the jap title on zed blade spine is not in correct orientation that hints for someting not really official.
