NO. Just make more games. Titles with fresh new concepts and steady release has always been the problem.
For example: Metal Slug,Metal Slug 2,Metal Slug X,Metal Slug 3,Metal Slug 4 Metal Slug 5(?)
Another example:World Heroes,World Heroes 2,World Heroes 2 JET,World Heroes PERFECT
Uhh,A castlevania type game would be nice,an RPG woulkd be nice,a Casino Game with a theme would definitely be a welcomed addition..How about something easy like a Puzzle Fighter type game? This would be a cool addition to the library.
Now if the X-SNK people wish to come out with new hardware they might be better off making a low risk investment by digging up their old CD technology.They could enhance it with more ram and a speedier CD drive..I don't know..a more compact design.Create a special Package design instead of a jewel case,they could give you a case,with insert,manual...etc.

They would sell just as few systems. Whatever Era the Neo had is long over, even in it's best days it was a niche selling system in Japan. A new system wouldn't even sell as good as the Neo origionally did, and if they couldn't make enough money the first time, they aren't gonna do it a second time, they just don't have the mainstream pull.
