Jamma connnector switcher box?

Is there such a thing as a JAMMA connector Switcher box? The reason I ask is if I wanted to get a MKII Stand-up cab and I was able to get a MK PCB, could I have a switcher box that lets me switch freely between the games? I don't see why not........Kinda like a 2-slot, but with Jamma PCBs instead of MVS carts.....anyone know?
