That is Metal Slug X guide book written by Aikawa Rumi ,and commentary book.
Especially, the commentary book is limited edition which has published only 100 copy..

Ok Thanks. I had no idea It loks like a Book of sorts I just couldn't figure out what.

That's both a 100 print limited edition book + a video (second picture) for a damn lot of money. I found a PS MSX guide book for 1300 yen if that's more to anyone's liking.
