I can`t open it. There is only one screw under it but when I remove it it wont loosen. What shall I do to get it open?

Aha, 1 screw is what you can see underneath the system, but 4 others are sitting under the rubber pad, you have to open those rubber pads first....

Yes, after you remove them, you have to get a new one, they can be found easily in electronic sotres or K-Mart..

Don't listen to them there is a perfectly easy way to open your console without damage.

Use a hairdryer on a medium setting about 6 inches from the pad until it starts to warm the pads and you can peel them back. After they harden , you can re-heat them to stick them back on.

I once opened mine, just to see what was inside, and I just pulled the rubbery thingies off. When I was done looking inside, I screwed the Neo together again, and the rubbery thingies still sticked! So I see no need to use a hairblower or anything. But do so, by all means.

just use some contact adhesive, I used it and the pads aren't moving at all.
