It's Castlevania: White Night Concerto, or Harmony of Dissonance to us. It's being developed for the Game Boy Advance, and uses the same engine as the previous GBA Castlevania, Circle of the Moon. Circle of the Moon is my favorite game of all time, and I thourghly expect this new title to be even better, because it seems to have an even higher profile after the success of CotM.
If you have played either Symphony of the Night or Simon's Quest, the gameplay is similar, in that there is a huge "world" to explore rather than seperate stages.
The character in my signature, Juste Belmont, is the main character of WNC. There are some great screenshots of the game at Computer and Video Games.
