Actually the KOF 95 set is a pretty cool box of shit. Photos, sketches, sticker, etc... It was made as a special box set for KOF 95 CD release.

It's sad that they have to have a copy of it.. (or anything I suppose) I wonder if every item in that set has a stamp on it.

Starting to sell off the Super Freak items eh.. I guess we will see the US 2000 offset plates on there soon enough

Looks kind of cool, too bad it will be ruined...

A quote from Dion:
"I can't help y[ou] on your request for stickers or stamps. All our products have them applied in advance."

I knew that existed... It's probably not gonna go for that much, and the AOF3 box set is probably just as rare (and cooler because it has a coin.)

"(we're sure that once people see this page, they will update their lists and include this title)"

Hahaha, Dion is such a dork.

:)

the AOF 3 box is SOOOOOOOO much more common than the KOF 95 box. the 95 box was only made as A give away. unlike the other 3 (AOF 3,KOF 98,KOF 96) which were sold to the masses.

I'm like 95% sure that NCS had the KOF '95 CD box set for sale at some point... They also had the KOF '98 CD box set as well, which I've never seen for sale anywhere else..

Yeah, whatever. Dion is still a dork and I'd never buy a stick of gum from him.

Plus, the KOF '95 box doesn't have a coin. You can't be BigTyme without a coin man...

The only thing a coin is good for is if you're cool enough to be leaning up against a street lamp at 2AM flipping one over and over and over while at the same time looking like you have somewhere more important to be. If you can't do that than a coin is worthless.

At least he isn't the guy selling a mini MVS machine with a worn monitor for $600 because they are so rare nobody has ever seen one before. He's on eBay right now, check it out. LOL.

I swear, if that thing had Puzzle Bobble on it instead of King of the Monsters I would think it was stolen from Disneyland.

Yes, this cabinet is so rare that even Disneyland has one of them in the Starcade deal next to Star Tours.

Too bad that it stole my quarter when I tried playing Puzzle Bobble on it. :(

I wanted one of these because I thought it would be cheaper. I mean come on, it's just a really small cabinet.

I say anyone near Salinas, CA should at least kick this guy's ass.

Danny Jacksons Incredibowl near me has one of those. That midget cab roxks. It seems like the one near me is a two slot, with World Heros and Football Frenzy in it.

Disneyland actualy has TWO of them last time I checked, side by side. Funny enough, they were placed right at the enterance (exit) from the Star Tours ride in the "kiddie" section of the arcade. They were next to that speed racer game, some clown thing and one of those ride a fire engine for a quarter rides.

Sure, they are kinda cool but what grown man can actually hunch in front of a four foot cab and squint at a 13" monitor while playing King of Fighters. Besides, I don't think they are that rare. Should cost less than a full cab actually...

I remember seeing one of those mini-MVS cabs in Las Vegas four years ago (can't remember where, though). It had World Heroes 2 on it (as well as five un-used credits, so I got to play it for free!). I highly doubt that they're incredibly rare. If I do get an MVS cab, I want mine to be a Neo Candy 25".

Wow, these cabinets are SOOOOO rare that everyone and their sister has seen one at one time or another.

If someone actually meets the reserve price then I blame LWK for letting hell freeze over.

PS: Maybe I should just try to win this auction without meeting the reserve price. The guy just has to realize how stupid a $600 price tag is for one of these.

Commenting on the KOF '95 Limited Edition Boxed Set:

All I have to say is PFFF! Why would I want a rare boxed set (much less a "freaked" one), when I could get the same satisfaction from just a KOF '95 CD and an SNK artbook (specifically, The Art World of SNK, volume 2), at a cheaper price, no less? There's no accounting for taste, I suppose...

He was probably doing that to show the scale of the cab (that it was indeed tiny). That cab with the board and all is worth around $250 tops. Oh well...

PS: I was never planning on buying this. I just thought I would comment on his $600 minimum buy price. Besides, he lives way the hell up in Wanker County or some shit, I wouldn't drive up there to pick it up

I have something far, far cooler than that...

mmug1.jpg

I don't even think 100 of these things exist. They were only available once at a Tokyo Game Show that my friend happened to be at... he has the corresponding Kaede mug. Bow down before the power of the mighty MORIYA MUG!

That's a pretty dope mug.

Now you need a Genjuro and Iori mug to complete your collection... Maybe a Gato mug too...

I don't like the scale theory. What if this guy was really tall or really short?

And concerning Deuce's mug: That's one mug I do wanna chug! Oh yeah!
