I was wondering do ALL MVS kits include: Marquee, Dip Switch Sheet, Instruction Cards, and Sticker? Do some not come with a Sticker?

MOST MVS kits have: Marquee, Dip Switch, Promo Flyer and Bezel Move Stickers (for fighters and other games particularly).
Some games do not have Marquees at all, notably Nightmare In The Dark, which only has a promotional flyer and a dipsheet.
