If anyone remembers the name of that game and also the racing title for the Hyper 64 let me know

You are thinking of Beast Busters: Second Nightmare. I have that one. I was not really thinking of Hyper 64 games, but rather MVS games, but I just realised that I did not specify in the title.

19" with 3 buttons to a side. Used the full camoflage marquee at the header of the cab, as opposed to the mini marquee.

Is Mechanized Attack an MVS game?![]()

Was it the original Bust-A-Move, Bust-A-Move Again, or Bust-A-Move Again EX?
Can you tell me if the artwork on the side of Bub was a stick-on or painted?

I am not sure....
A few years ago it still was all over the place in the arcades in Jesolo,Italy! It had the '330-Mega pro gear spec' Neo-logo running,so i assumed it was running on mvs...![]()
I remember it so vividly because in one place it was standing next to a TERMINATOR 2 arcade game, and thought the Neo one to be a rather inferior rip-off...![]()

It was the original Bust a Move the BUB was in fact a sticker and I could tell thus right away it was peeling off in a corner .

Beast Busters was one of the last pre-Neo Geo SNK games and was released in 1990...
Had it been released in 1993 it would definitely have been an MVS game, don't you think so?

Bio,
I don't know if this is proof or not that these deicated cabs existed but I own large marquees for Neo Turfmasters and Metal Slug. I have also seen large marquees for Sam Sho 4, Strikers 1945, Neo Mr. Do, Metal Slug X, KOF98... hmm I think that's all the ones I've seen. That doesn't necessarily prove anything, but it's a start.

I have several large marquees, they are generally just used for cabinets with a one slot board, of maybe if you have a multi-slot board but want to let everyone know that you have a particular killer title in it.

Yeah, I was thinking that that's another possibility for the marquees. With SNK's system of interchangeable carts it really doesn't make a whole lot of sense to make a dedicated cabinet for any of their games. Did the dedicated Sam Sho II have a one slot w/ SS2 in it or was it a real dedicated PCB?

I have never seen one of the dedicated SSII cabs up close and personal, but it would make no sense to have a seperate PCB when making such would surpass the costs of simply using one slot boards with an SSII cart in it.
