I want to start off by saying that if it wasn't for Gamer's Abyss, I would have been bent over and raped by a HORRIBLE ebay user, "e_i_b_o_n".

The Internet Fraud FAQ that is posted under the "Reivew" section of this site works WONDERS! Any skeptics should not doubt it! It took me less than 2 hours to SCARE THE SHIT out of a nasty, fraudulent, crooked couple.

I sent these two bastards a nice chunk of change on March 8, 2002. I have YET to receive MY merchandise. I contacted their state police department (Rhode Island) and filed a FRAUD Report concerning their sour business conduct.

The story is quite long & boring, but I just wanted to thank GA for his helpfullness, time and patience.

His information has been PRICELESS and we should all thank him for his time and effort in creating the Internet Fraud FAQ!

I'm gonna spread the good word to other sites. I've been reading about a lot of eBay scams. Maybe BuyRite can get what they deserve now :D

Owch!!! more sites? LOL maybe I can get a few people to help me with this becase it seems I work like 5 cases a week just here on NG.com.

Could you give me some advice on finding a sellers address? I'm getting screwed on an auction which the seller ended early and sold to me off E-bay. I paid by Paypal, so I don't know his real name or address. Any thoughts?

Through Ebay there is an option on your Ebay Buyers page I think, that says request contact information. You can usually get a phone number, address, and name. I've had to use it a few times, and it helps to bug the snot out of people sometimes.

Well I must give out huge props to GamersAbyss and Neo Turfmasta for helping me out here. Here's the sad story..

I bid on an E-bay auction back on 2/5/02 for a Dragons Lair 2 pcb and Laser disc player. The seller offered to end the auction early and sell to me off E-bay. On 2/8/02, I used Paypal to send him $270 for the auction goods, plus a joystick which he was going to connect to the board for me. On March 2, I still hadn't received the goods, so I asked him what's up? I was told that he sent it a couple days ago, and I should be receiving it soon. Then like a fool, I agreed to send him another $50 by Paypal for a power supply and harness for the rig. To date I have received neither package. I e-mailed him a couple more times and he said it must be lost. On 4/2/02 the guy said if it was not found or received by Friday 4/5/02, he would refund my money. That is the last I heard of him, one week ago. Now I just dug up the auction, it was still available on E-bay, and I see 4 people have left negative feedbacks since I dealt with him.

So anyway, after contacting GamersAbyss for help, it turns out he knows the guy! On top of that he knows him from screwing over Neo Turfmasta. Needless to say, we have gathered up the info we need to screw this guy. I'll keep you posted on what happens.

That's right, after two months the scammer is sending me $300 by Paypal e-check. Only a $20 overall loss, not too bad. And results within 24 hours. To top it off, he was particularly peeved about some 25 cent comment made by Turfmasta.....

LMFAO!!! Yeah Turf is a class act!! For those who dont know this is the same guy I busted trying to screw Turf about 8 months ago. I think Turf finally got his pay backs...oh so funny....LMFAO!!!

How would you like to be busted by the same 2 guys who busted you 8 months ago and have one of them paypal you 25 cents and tell you here is a quarter, your going to need this to call your Lawyer!!!....LMFAO!!!

God thats funny shit I still laugh hard every time I think of it!!! Moments like that make it all worth it!!
