As long as you don't expect their inventory to be in collectable condition they are great. Trieu had some problems with them not sending him boxes for mvs carts iirc, but I have never had a problem with them.

They are about as good as Cosmico, they are another Hong Kong based shop that has good prices and good services, just be careful and make sure you are up front about not wanting bootlegs, or they may sell you some.
