One controller port? Damn, I didn't know that. And I played one several times many many years ago. Oh well. Why in the hell would anyone ever make a system with one controller port? Part of the whole idea of gaming is to play with/against your friends imo.chemical:
The best *system*?
From a hardware standpoint, probably the TG-16.
- first CD-Rom add-on
- credit-card sized games
- portable hardware that played the same games
Then again, it only had one controller port.![]()
OH MY GOSH! Thank you, I though everyone forgot about what the NES did for gaming. Sure there were a few hundred bad carts, which is more than most systems ever put out period, but out of 700+ official games, thats not too bad of a score. The NES branched out in so many directions of compatability and playability. Reguardless of whether of not they succeeded or failed, there was the power pad, the power glove, the zapper, ROB the robot, the satalite, etc... And talk about legends, so many epic characters were created through the NES I won't even start to name the heroes (and villans). The longest standing production of games (and largest collection) of any system on the market. Games you just pick up and play, thats it, thats all. Exactly what games were designed to do.mlloyd:
Toss up between the Nes and the Neo!
