Odd, but serious request..

Hi everyone, if its possible, (im sure it is) Could any one scan, photograph or link me a 1:1 scale, same size, decal of the memory card/headphone jack? Ya know, the one that tells you where to pop the stuff into? I know it may be difficult, but it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
