I've reopenned this, and moved it to the War Room for futher discussion since I think it's a question that should be answered publically:
Plague was a classic troll account. I noticed it when it was created (a while before its first post), since it had an interesting title, and certain aspects of its private profile made me suspicious it was another troll reappearing (we've had a rash of them over the last few days).
Much to my surprise it was an entirely new troll account, from some bitter video game store clerk from the UK who apparently had nothing better to do than jump on a website and start yelling. Well, since I was already watching the account to see if it was going to be a problem, I laid down the hammer.
Then he reappeared with even more annoyance and continued his little rant. That warrented instant deletion.
Now, let's think what could have been done.
If said person had reappeared and taken a more diplomatic approach, instead of spewing empty threats and making an even bigger ass out of himself, then I would've said "okay, now I think we're on the right foot". But the asshole didn't do that. Of course, judging from his writing, he isn't the type of person who is adept at thinking things though when approaching a problem. I don't have the time nor tolerance for such idiots, foreign or domestic.
As a comparison, I did notice when more of this pre-Cex group started appearing later (i.e. "Lo pan"), but since later additions were being more tolerable, I let them roam until I see some kind antics that warrant more deletions.
Amazing how people who act like assholes on another person's forum are surprised that they're not treated well. Get a grip and enter reality, kids.
