I ordered some stuff from Buy-Rite. A Blazing Star that I had no problems with; order transaction or merchandise.
but then...
Since they gained my trust I thought I'd order two more games.
Apparently they didn't have them in stock, but they wouldn't just come out and tell me that.
If they would have said "hey, we don't have it in stock, but we'll let you know when we do" I wouldn't mind.
After a month I started making calls and placing e-mails and "customer inquiries" (the e-mails and customer inquiries were ignored).
They lied to me twice saying it would ship such and such day. After two and a half months I called to CANCEL my order...
I waited to see the funds transferred back into my account.
A week passed so I called again.
The woman who answered told me it would take up to 30 days to charge the payment back to my account.
WTF
At anyrate, I was looking forward to getting my money back so I could order elsewhere.
Another week passed, and I came home one day to find both packages sitting on my dresser.
A working Ganryu and a Pulstar with fuxed sound and a label designed in notepad and cut from typing paper, glued to it.
I haven't opened either of the actual cart cases (heaven forbid I void that Buy-Rite warranty - *sarcasm).
The Pulstar is in one of those off-white cases with big letter SNK formed in the side (rental case?).
Is it normal for a Ganryu to have two different colors of boards or is it a sign of a bootleg cart?
Sorry if I'm getting off topic.
Best advice: Do not buy from Buy-"Rite".
Fortunately, I have been able to get a great working Pulstar from the neostore.
