I was just thinking back on when I opened up that Metal Slug I got from Mike. $195 and worth every penny. The satisfaction on looking through the manual and looking deep into the artwork.

I just don't get that from my MVS. I know I have the whole MVS shebang and all but it's not the same.

I need an AES :o .

I do miss the nice booklets you use to get with the games with the profiles on as it makes a game more intersting if you know a bit of the fighters background and the art work and stickers on the mvs kits dont really make up for it but atleast the games still the same.

Not much just been relaxing and building up my mvs collection again slowly.

reason i went with mvs as i cant afford aes but saying that it looks like snk vs capcom will be cheaper on the aes when it hits the shelves than the mvs version as im sure it will take ages till the price drops below 300 on that one :(

just imagine the artwork on the box for the aes snk vs capcom though and shodown zero,
if u can afford it go for it :)

That's why you get both, then. If you have an MVS, get an AES, and keep both. I have an AES, and I would like to get a cab, but, I don't have space in my house to get one.

I remember selling you that game.

Take your time getting back into it. Make sure that it is something that you want. Remember why it is that you sold it in the first place and think it over....

I suggest doing a combination of both. AES + MVS

Good luck - whatever you decide will be right for you.
