I recently picked up a really inexpensive NGH Minnasan No Okagesamadesu cartridge. It did not come with a box or manual, just the loose Japanese cart. I needed a insert for the game so I went ahead and created a goofy "US" version (I did not create a label as the Japanese label on the cart was in great shape). I doubt that anyone needs such a thing but here it is anyway!

Oh, and here is the text I put on the back of the insert:
In Minnasan No Okagesamadesu you play against ugly people in Mahjong battle!
Ugly look can destroy confidence and cause player to forget strategy.
With teeth can smile you cannot deny.
True to life opponent expression from happy to angry can destroy desire to breed.
Do not lose often as skull will appear bringing fear and sorry for lost effort.
