How do i know if my Jap MS3 is 1st or 2nd run?

I'm curious if it's 1st or second run. And which one is worth more? hehe, I sound like a newbie, but im curious. :p

The differences shoul be these:

1st run has gold warning sticker and the last page of the manual shows a wounded soldier...

2nd run doesn't have the sticker and the soldier picture (or it is placed in another part of the manual... i'm not sure, i just own the 1st)

i have a second run and it has the soldier picture, but no gold warning sticker

I don't think the picture of the soldier is a reliable way to know. I had both a first and second run MS3, and both manuals were identical (both had a wounded soldier). Someone could've swapped manuals, but I doubt it.

All first-run Jap MS3 carts have a gold warning sticker. Second run carts don't. And if you believe the price guide, first run is worth more. I think it's true, since people (including myself) are willing to pay a bit more for the first release.

Some question the second run's authenticity, but I've seen both and they're both of the same quality. The only reason there's no warning sticker on the second run is because SNK ran out of them and didn't print any more. Sengoku 2001 doesn't have one either.

Ok, I've just to put a jap MVS gold sticker(blazing star for example)on my second run ms3, and its pice increases of 40$ :)
