ray_7, the reason you can't get through to them is because your ISP has a big spam security hole in it, called "relaying". Since your ISP does not have the protection in place to prevent relaying, the recipient mail server is rejecting the messages from you.

Relaying is when an ISP hasn't closed the security hole which allows ANYONE to send mail through their servers. You should contact your ISP and suggest they close up that hole and prevent relaying, to avoid abuse of their facilities by spammers . . .
