That is rather impressive, shows people still care about Neo games.

Wonder how many MVS kits were produced?

It seems this game is more popular on its home release than its arcade counterpart.

Cap...if I am not mistaken, it was 200 US copies that Shawn got, not 300. There were 96 Japanese carts making his entire order 296. Also...if you look at it from the sales that other titles made, it's apparent that it only appears more have bought it because it is a less number.

less were made, your right. Only 204 English RotD home carts were produced. But, that ment more money to be spent by Shawn. The less produced, the more money involved for each piece. It still doesn't matter how you look at it...Rage of the Dragons has moved better and faster than ANY other release shawn has sold. Your point is well taken, But, from a business standpoint, Shawn couldn't keep getting the 500 copy releases since they didn't sell out. So, in otherwords, he had to pay more to get less produced, and hence the higher price of 325$ per piece.

Hope that clears the air a little bit.

I'me very happy for Shawn because the game is selling so good.
The Neo market is keeping strong, and that's very good for future releases.
Anyway, I've just bought Blazing Star and the fabulous KOF02 is the next game on my list, so I'm afraid that I won't be able to get it in the forthcoming months... :(
