I live in Aichi.

I've seen lots of SNK / Neo Geo signs around the place. All dull and faded. I've arrived on the scene too late. <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

Still, heaps of arcade around here have Neo games. And all big [Nagoya, Tokyo etc.] cities have second hand game stores with good priced carts.
