And it's badass! Near mint, and I want to thank Dave for being such a great person and keeping this unit in great condition! I've got four games with it, and I cannot believe how great the picture quality is on this. I mean, wow! I never thought I'd be able to own Metal Slug, Blazing Star, Pulstar and MOTW all at the same time, but now I do (on top of my aes games, which I plan to keep and continue to add onto).

Just wanted to brag! I would post pics, but have no website to upload to. :)

HAPPY SPIKE!

I'm happy for u! Sounds like u got yourself a fine cabinet. Is the white plastic on the cab cigarette stained? Unfortunately, mine is stained pretty bad. I've seen a lot of cabs with the same problem though. The Neo 25 does have a excellent picture. I was even better than I thought it would be. Anyway, have fun with your new toy!!

Yep Spike ,

MVS is the only way to go if you want to enjoy Neo Geo s finest games with out spending your life saveings . Arcade moniters are the best picture quality you can get for your games , its a signal straight from the board to the moniter !

Awesome Spike! Those cabs are sweet. I wish I could afford one. Hint for life... if you are 15 and jobless the only Neo Geo system you can afford for is the Pocket Color. Heh, just felt like sharing that. Laterz, and have fun with that cab. BTW, is it 4slot or 6slot?

Matt, it's a four slot. Yeah, 6 would be nice, but I'm not sure it would work out due to size? Not sure, but I'm very happy. And samurai, you are not joking about that pic quality! I'm blown away at how crisp it looks. I'm very VERY happy with it. Even s-video on my aes looks look crap compared. I'm super pleased. ^_^

*Thinks* Yeah, you're right, a 6slot wouldn't fit would it? My bad, I don't know the actual dimensions, just what it looks like, and how sweet the display is. Rock on Jables.

You've never heard of the D? He's never head of the D? He's the guitarist/vocalist for Tenacious D.

This is more than a hobby...it's an addiction.

I purchased my first neo geo system, the pocket last year.

4 months ago, i purchased a NG-CD system with 25 games so far.

1 month ago, I picked up my first AES and have a few carts with it.

Spike, don't you or ANYONE ELSE DARE TEMPT ME INTO GETTING A CANDY!!!!!

NO MORE CANDY OR MVS POSTS!!!! I FORBID!!!

I would say about 250-300 lbs? Maybe 250.... It's not too bad, and it's pretty small, too! But not so small that it's like "holy cow this is too small to use". It's just right, if you ask me. ;)

No problem. One last tidbit of information: Neo Candies have wheels on the back of the unit, so you can move them easily. So weight should only be a problem if moving up stairs or something to that effect.
