oh man, that is a hard one. I got the new style and just drilled new holes in the metal mounting plate on the candy... That would probably be your easiest solution. the new ones are a lot better anyway, the switches are so much better laid out.

thanks nruva. well the only reason i wanted them is because i think i prefer the shorter stick, it looks liek the same height as the neo old style stick which i personally like better then the taller ones. but you say the new ones are better eh?

also by new style do you mean same thing just taller, like still the ball and not the oval thing?

Well, the stick size never bothered me, but, the old stick mounts like this:

-----------
---x---x---
-----------
---x---x---
-----------

But the new one is like this:

--------------
-x----------x-
--------------
--------------
--------------
-x----------x-
--------------

So it mounts completly different and takes a quick bit of drilling in the bottom metal mounting plate to make them fit... That makes the older ones a lot easier to just install in the Candies, but not really that big of a deal.

The older switches were the solid one piece stick that hits the micro switches on the bottom... the new stick is completly removable and the switches seem better laid out... but, I may just be imagining that.
