What is the best Golf Game on the Neo Geo?

I remember once on holiday back in 1997, there was this brilliant golf game in the arcades, and it was definitely for SNK/Neo Geo. I have been looking for it for quite a while, but have not been able to rediscover its name. In the process I came across as least one other Golf Game for Neo Geo, and it was pretty rubbish.

Any ideas what the best Golf game is on the Neo Geo? help

The game that you came across that was "rubish" was top players golf, one of the first games for the neo.

the one you seek a name for goes by the name neo turf masters (or big tornament golf in japan).

those are the only two golf games released for the neo geo system. Hope this helps.

Do you agree with me then, that top players golf was kind of below expectations (if rubbish be too harsh a word??)

Neo turf masters is one of te best games on neo geo.
Period.

Top players golf is...ahem...inferior.

i would like a bouncy thing too!

top players golf was class. and one of the first neo games i ever played. i liked it a lot, and it had a real challenge to it. plus when you're pissed at some fighting game for not going your way, you can pop that in and watch your self rapidly fall to 22 over par.
