Wacthin the in-game portrays, I've come to think she reminds a bit of Nadia, but maybe it's just me.

And nothing will change that.
To me, a game babe has to have a nice set of moves to go along with her looks and at the moment I have no idea how she plays, so I’ll have to judge strictly on looks. But to be honest I don’t really dig the ‘half-naked skank’ look, I prefer a woman who dresses in a more conservative manner.
If I wanted to see a girl's goodies I’ll scope out some hentai. <--joke comment made on the expense of the nip.

No offense taken.
I don't find her too much abstract, at least nothing more than warriors having fire/water ppowers, a magic icy cristal, or an american ninja, or a Gaki, or a moon with the 'NeoGeo' logo inscribed, various green bakemono cooking an Alien (yes the Giger's one), not to say a purple-haired samurai spreading hanafuda cards and cherry blossom at any of his slashes.
As for the 'little nipple': oh my god.
Maybe a PORTION of a DRAWING of a nipple is barely visible there.
Guess I deserve punishment, huh?
Oh, I miss the good old times when ART was not a mere fact of 'showin' or not a nipple'.
How sad that's the only comment you find interesting to express about that great art...

Unfortunately, I've never read the manga or watched the anime, so i have no idea if there is any resemblance in their personalities. I'd definitely agree that when it comes to physical traits, charlotte is probably a bit of an homage to Oscar. This especially considering how anime-inspired many other things in SS have turned out to be.
back to my original comment, I can't believe I forgot Shiki. I guess that means Mina falls to third in my book...
