Friday and Saturday nights are the best times for competition with semi-regular tournaments on Sundays. Also, if you are a Xmen/SF player, you'll find some of the best players here"
thats the only one i know of in the city im sure there are one or two more. I know of two or three here in the burbs. they mostly suck cept for this little (mostly namco candy) arcade near me happens to actually have a big screen Garou runnin, a kof 2000, and a metal slug 3.
