i just received my neo geo with samurai showdown 2 ive been playin it since 7:00 this morning and i all i can say is that it is fucking awesome as hell.

i had ordered mine from <a href="http://www.buyrite.net" target="_blank">www.buyrite.net</a> and yes i know u guys have had lots and i mean lots of problems with them, but i have ordered many games from them and have received everything in good condition.the only thing i can say bad about them is that there processing and shipping take 4ever.

all i need now is samurai showndown 4 my favorite any1 know where i can buy it cheap.

Congrats on getting your Neo - Sam Sho 2 is one of my favorite titles of all time. Tremendous replay value for both one and two players (great AI in my opinion).

As for Sam Sho 4, just keep a lookout on e-bay and you could probably snag it for 200-250 (Japanese version). The american version can fetch upwards of 400 with no problem. I think it's worth it either way, but there are some members here who aren't big fans of 4. Anyway, happy hunting and welcome to the Neo scene.

Samurai Showdown II is probably the first neo game I ever played, and the first taste of fighting games I got that wasn't SF2. If it hadn't been for that, I might not be here now.

When i got my neo, it was a used MVS Max 330, and I only had to pay 230$. I got 3 Count Bout with it at first. but I found a US Samsho2 for like 15 dollars and put it in. I feel lucky, because everyone keeps talking about these huge ass prices, and I'm all "hey, i got mine for $15..."

Samurai Shodown II is the best one out of the series. Samurai Shodown IV is what Samurai Shodown III should have been. Samurai Shodown III is jus' feels sluggish and slow. Samurai Shodown IV fixed all these problems. Only problem that Samurai Shodown IV is kinda expensive for the home carts.
