I was wondering the same thing.... those 3 game are some of the most common bootleg games on Ebay.

I have seen a real NBM "Japanese Release Only"... but the others just bootlegs floating around. <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

Has anyone played Neo MR. DO? I was thinking about getting this but it does not look like any fun???

I've got originals of all 3, I will post pictures today :) It took the longest to get the Pop n Bounce original, that was hard as hell to find, but both my Neo Bomberman and Neo Mr. Do were real first try!

It is hard to say... Neo Mr. Do is an alright puzzle game... but... it is just so freaking kidish, what with that clown, and the bizarre game play. But when you take the game for what it is, there are a lot of different ways to play. You can kill all the baddies, or collect all the apples or other items. You can fight boss characters for points or just skip them all together. You can collect coins, which takes a dig dug style of play where you have to let bolders kill opponents, or do other tricks for them... you can also try for bonus levels. There are tons of things to do, but the game really doesn't encourage you to do any... its, its alright... I don't know,

I remember magazines here covering MR Do before it was released, and a few shops were advertising it....

I've been in the hunt for an MVS Neo Mr. Do for long time BB. I still have not found an original MVS cart, much less a full kit. I ended up buying a converted MVS to AES Neo Mr. Do a while back. I checked and the chips are 100% legit.

Here are pictures of that beauty!

English ones? I always wanted to get a kit of that game.

Anyway, I have full kits of NBM (jp) and Pop 'n Bounce (eng) and both are legitimate insofar as I know.

edit: Much like Bust-A-Move, the bootlegs have long since swamped the seas, yet way out there lies the lifeboats in which float some originals.

I've got an original. (At least I believe that it is. I bought it from MD Game Sales and they said it was 100% SNK). Great game, too. It's a little kiddy, but you have to remember that the game it's based on is like that too.
