MUTATION NATION ..what do you think ?

I just played the game all the way through and think the games not as bad as some have said

I know its a bit dated but then it is 11 years old
but its fun to play and very easy to use too
The graphics are not too bad either even though the sprites are very 80s but there is a good choice of mutants in the game and it takes a good 40 minutes to beat, if i rated this game i give it about 70 percent
it was enjoyable to play but i doubt i play it again now

What do you think of the game ?

Still big fun, much better than Robo Army, Sengoku 1+2 and Burning Fight imo. I`d also rate it at 70%

07% is more appropriate

well,
it suffers from that "enemies can hit you but you cant hit em" syndrome that plagues robo army

at least,sprites and bgs are a little better

but game is still not fun

IMHO

sengoku 2 is still the best ( together with BF )

Hmm, Sengoku 2 has nice graphics and all but the action itself is somewhat lame: One slash and most enemies are history. In MN you can combo the hell out of all the mutants - and music/sound effects rock in MN too.

I get bored very easily with games these days, i mean i would give kizuna 80 percent but as soon as i completed it ,i sold the game

most games bore me these days thats why i hardly ever play them, i stil aint played 3 new games i got on wednesday yet.

Mutation Nation is one of the few playable games on the NGCD.

The music rocks too,

And with the 80's being all cool and stuff again, I think Mutation Nation is good fun.

But yes, I only want to play once every six months...

Yeah... that's what I keep saying, although most people don't agree with me Why couldn't SNK match Capcoms side scrollers, especially as they OWN them when it comes to one on one beat em ups <img src="graemlins/glee.gif" border="0" alt="[Glee]" />

Although I have to admit I kinda like Sengoku 3... it's about the closest thing to any of Capcoms side scrolling beat 'em ups. But stuff like Final Fight/Cadillacs and Dinosaurs/AVSP and others are still the best.

Some level of that game still make me dream. Especially the third one on the big trucks.
But I don't like the charge for the power hit. An another button would be better.
