Is the Neo Store reliable?

I'm thinking about reserving the Japanese version of KOF '2001 here at the Neo Store, but is it reliable? I know that Shawn is one of the most respected dealers in the Neo Geo community, but I just wanted to double check.

I've emailed them before about KOF2K1 and nobody got back to me. Was like 2 weeks ago too. Just my experience.

Thanks for the responses everyone! It looks like I'll be reserving KOF 2001 here after all. By the way, why are there so many copies of the American version left and only 30 something copies left of the Japanese version? I myself collect only Japanese AES carts so I guess that there the way to go huh?
