It could be tougher to figure out how to get through the levels if you can't read Japanese.

There is one thing that is "cut" on a US system - Pink's (the female boss) panty color. Seriously, on the Japanese version it randomizes and could be pink, purple, polka dot... but on the US version it's always white.

...don't ask me how I know these things.
