I am looking for a copy of Resident Evil for the Playstation... NOT THE DIRECTORS CUT. I want the original case/manual/case new or minty minty mint as possible.

Have this game the case is mint the cd not so good as the first batch of these used to crash on the stair loading screens on mine and my mates copy anyhow so I kept trying to clean the damned thing and it now looks like someones used it for a kneeslider!

Didn't like the cardboard case either so if I were u i'd hunt down an original Biohazard copy from Japan. <img src="graemlins/loco.gif" border="0" alt="[Loco]" />

Hello dude - if you want the full uncut Resi evil - you will have to try to get Biohazard.

The full intro to that game is disturbing - but very hard to get - its almost collector's status now

US versions: Original and Directors Cut BOTH censored!( <img src="graemlins/veryangry.gif" border="0" alt="[Very Angry]" /> !!)
JPN:Uncut,but intro in black and white!
European : Original as US,
Directors Cut: Intro in COLOUR and uncut,but missing the head-off scene later on-like in the original!

You for got about the Biohazard Directors cut. It came out in Japan after the American one......funny because they didn't really add or change anything......cool ass cover though....and it was 2 discs.....
