Okay, i got something to say, and i probably won't appear again unless my name is brought up again.

I just was talking to some people, and i realized that a lot of people just need new games to survive. some people can look at what they have, whether it be a small or HUGE collection, and they won't want to play ANYTHING.

Isn't that bad? I mean, if gamers need new games to survive, that means that they just have to keep on buying. a lot of times, i looked at buying games as a search to find the perfect game. now i know a lot of people are just looking for fun games, but shouldn't people find their special point? i think RPG gamers can let this topic go, since RPGs often have a recurring story.

Anyhow, for me, i find fighting games to be the most enjoyable. Infinite replay value, as far as i'm concerned, just perfect. i can look at most of my games, and want to play pretty much all of them.

I feel bad for those who need to always buy new games, and have no classics they can turn back to. i don't know whether buying a game and then not liking 2 weeks later is a good thing, i think that's what the people at SNK lived to conquer.

Oh well, just thought i'd bring this up.

Do not weep for me, I'm already dead! *sniffle* Alas, I'm a victim of that habit. I have what is a medium sized collection of games on all my consoles, about 110+ on last count. Anyways though, I wish I could find the perfect game so that I would stop spending money on them, then I could persue different high-costing parts of life like a girlfriend or something. *sighs* The world will never know (if i will ever have a g/f I mean)

I'll list 'em. Here we go, I'll probably miss one though, and handhelds count.

NES (5 games)
SNES (23 games)
Playstation (40-50 games)
Nintendo 64 (8 games)
Gameboy (9 games)
Gameboy Advance (1 game)
NGPC (3 games)
Game Gear (5 games)
Playstation 2 (6 games)
PC (70-85 games)
and
Dreamcast (9 games)

At present count 11 consoles with, 179-204 games total. Geez, I didn't realize I had all that stuff.

Oh the anguish of looking for the perfect game. Though MGS2 or GTA3 are the latest "perfect games" to me, just wait till next fall... *sigh*

Yeah in the near future I hope to be getting a Gamecube and a Neo Geo AES cart system. I saw one I want one from http://www.neostore.com it's the Gold System with Fatal Fury 2, it looks like one sweet deal. Now I need to hussle ass and get $525! It's all good though, anybody remember the topic I posted "How to get a job." Well I'm using the knowledge that was so generously secreted into those posts.
